Advanced Mobility Solutions (AMS) exists to drive sustainable global mobility ecosystems.
Advanced Mobility Solutions (AMS) embodies the spirit of innovation that led to the founding in 1939 of AMS’s parent company, Technical Rubber Company Inc. (TRC), known for TECH Tire & Wheel service products.
This founding was during World War II when rubber and tires became a closely guarded and rationed resource. Today, with that same vigor and spirit of innovation comes AMS, a newly created TRC business unit born from the same vision and thirst for innovation to lead the rapidly changing mobility solutions landscape.
By leveraging TECH Tire & Wheel’s 80+ year legacy of producing high-quality tire and wheel service products, AMS is bringing its initial mobility solution offering to market called “Smart-Tread”.
Smart-Tread autonomous tire health monitoring and data analytics solution is targeted to provide fleet operators with a wealth of tire performance data, driven by a robust data analytics engine.
AMS has built a portfolio of leading edge “Best of Breed” sensing technologies that autonomously capture tire health data and sends it to our data analytics engine. Our goal is to provide fleet operators with the right information, at the right time, to the right person so that fleets more efficiently and effectively monitor and manage their tires.
AMS will add additional leading edge mobility solutions to its solutions portfolio as it seeks to innovate in the era of emerging connected, autonomous, shared, and electrified modes of transportation on the ground, in the air, and on water.
