Data-Driven Visibility for all Tires in Your Fleet
The data portal is user-friendly, simplifies routine queries and graphically displays the status of the entire fleet in one intuitive dashboard. Details of tire tread over the life of the tire can be displayed and remaining time to replacement can be estimated.
The data portal can be populated with customized widgets to suit a customer’s needs. For example, reports can be generated to highlight current and upcoming tire maintenance needs, historical trends for tire wear on specific vehicles can be provided, and detailed analytics can be performed for optimizing vehicle tire usage in a fleet.
Roll-Over System
The Roll-Over-System is a low-cost, solid-state sensor system that has been incorporated into a low-profile speed bump to monitor tire tread of vehicles in transit through a service lane or depot. The Roll-Over-System measures tread depth each time a vehicle drives over the speed bump-like unit.
The Roll-Over-System is free of moving parts or optics that can lead to time-consuming or costly repairs and requires no ongoing maintenance. It uses commercial RFID tagging to allow for specific tracking of vehicles and/or tires and correlates this data with each tire on the given vehicle to provide data on each tire.
